The use of the website www.mbblogistics.pl or www.mbblogistics.com means the acceptance of the following terms of the Privacy Policy of the website.

The Controller of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing the Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”), is MBB Logistics Sp. z o. o. with the registered office in Słubice, address: Os. Przemysłowe 9, 69-100 Słubice, KRS: 0000348827, NIP: 5981616110, hereinafter referred to as the Controller. The following privacy policy undoubtedly defines the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users, as well as other technologies appearing on the website www.mbblogistics.pl or www.mbblogistics.com and is part of the “Terms of use of the website”.

§ 1

GENERAL PROVISIONS

In case of any doubts regarding the provisions of this Privacy Policy, please contact the Controller via the e-mail address: kontakt@mbblogistics.pl or kontakt@mbblogistics.com.

Any personal and address data provided by the User on the website www.mbblogistics.pl, www.mbblogistics.com or via e-mail will not be made available or sold to third parties or entities in any way.

The Controller reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, and each User of the website is obliged to know the current version. The reasons for the changes may be in particular associated with the development of Internet technology, changes in generally applicable law or the development of the Website. The date of publication of the current Privacy Policy is provided at the bottom. The Controller will inform about the changes to the Privacy Policy in an e-mail, if the e-mail address has been provided to the Controller, as well as by placing relevant information on the website.

DEFINITIONS

“Controller” – MBB Logistics Sp. z o. o. with the registered office in Słubice, address: Os. Przemysłowe 9, 69-100 Słubice, KRS: 0000348827, NIP: 5981616110,

“User” – any entity visiting the website and using it.

“Website” – the website at www.mbblogistics.pl and www.mbblogistics.com.

“Other Controller” – Personal Data Controller other than MBB Logistics Sp. z o. o. with the registered office in Słubice, address: Os. Przemysłowe 9, 69-100 Słubice, KRS: 0000348827, NIP: 5981616110, for which MBB Logistics Sp. z o. o. with the registered office in Słubice acted as a Processor and carried out activities related to entrusting the processing of personal data.

“Processor” – a natural or legal person, public authority, unit or other entity that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

PERSONAL DATA

The controller of the personal data of the website User is MBB Logistics Sp. z o. o. with its seat in Słubice. The Controller may also act as an entity processing personal data (Processor) for the Other Controller when the User contacts via the website or e-mail regarding the concluded agreement with the Another Controller – then the concluded agreement with the Other Controller and all data shall apply and any data processed for this purpose are not subject to the principles of this privacy policy.

The User voluntarily provides personal data using the form on the Website, referred to below, for the purposes indicated in the form.

The User may provide any data and send them to the Controller via e-mail. Such information will be processed in accordance with the intention expressed in the content of the e-mail and in the manner and for the purpose specified by it. This may apply to matters associated with the implementation of the contract to which the Controller or the data subject is a party or other matters.

Only the data provided by the user is collected and processed (except – in certain situations – data collected automatically using cookies and login data, as mentioned below). During the visit to the website, data regarding the visit itself may be collected, e.g. the user’s IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type, etc. (login data). The user acknowledges that the data referred to in the preceding sentence is processed as part of the service and is aware that these data can be used to analyse user behaviour on the website, collect demographic data about users or to personalize the content of the website in order to improve it. These data, however, are processed only for the purposes of website administration, possible provision of efficient hosting service – they are not and will not be associated with the data of individual Users.

The User agrees to the processing of the provided personal data by electronic means of communication from by the Controller in order to contact the User

Personal data provided by the User as part of the functioning of the Website may be processed for the purpose of telephone contact in matters associated with the implementation of tasks in accordance with the intention of the User’s inquiry – pursuant to art. 6 point 1a GDPR (consent), if it is not related to the initiative in the scope of the contract concluded by the User and the implementation of activities in connection with this contract, where the Controller acts as the Controller or the processor of data at the request of another Controller;

Providing data is voluntary, however, failure to provide certain information, generally marked on the Controller’s website as mandatory, will result in the inability to establish contact and achieve a specific goal. Therefore, the User, apart from describing the case, provides only the data enabling to contact the User and all other information and data are provided at the User’s sole initiative and are not necessary data to settle the matter.

8.The User has the right to access the User’s data at any time, correct it, rectify it, delete or limit processing, the right to request access to data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (on the terms specified in the Protection of Personal Data Act), as well as to delete data in situations provided for by law. The User also has the right to be forgotten if further processing is not provided for by the currently applicable law.

The User’s consent may be revoked or withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of data which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The User’s data will not be transferred outside the European Union to third countries. Some information, including data necessary for the operation of IT and IT and analytical systems, may be processed outside the European Economic Area in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

The User’s data will be stored by the Controller until the purpose of processing is achieved (the matter is settled) or until the consent is withdrawn.

The User provides data voluntarily, however, it is necessary to achieve the goal or take actions related to their provision. As a rule, providing contact details to clarify the matter is a necessary element without which it is impossible to meet the User’s request.

The User’s personal data is stored and protected with due diligence, in accordance with the internal procedures implemented at the Controller. The Controller processes information about the User using appropriate technical and organizational measures that meet the requirements of generally applicable law. These measures are primarily aimed at securing Users’ personal data against unauthorized access. In particular, only authorized persons who are obliged to keep such data secret have access to Users’ personal data.

The Controller hereby informs the User that he entrusts the processing of personal data to entities which, on the basis of concluded contracts, process personal data on behalf of the Controller. Such contracts secure the proper method of data processing and in the scope of the processing, they will include website and e-mail hosting operators.

Entities entrusted with the processing of personal data by the Controller guarantee the fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the GDPR.

The Personal Data Controller hereby informs that he has appointed the Personal Data Protection Inspector, who supports the Controller in the performance of duties related to the processing of personal data. The User acknowledges that the User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities in connection with their proceedings, at their request and after meeting the conditions confirming the necessity to obtain such data.

The User’s personal data will not be used for automated decision-making, including profiling.

FORMS

The Controller informs that the Website uses a contact form that enables to send a message to MBB Logistics Sp. z o. o. with the registered office in Słubice. The data is processed by the Controller in accordance with this Privacy Policy in order to contact the User.

The data obtained from the forms will not be transferred to third parties.

If the User uses the services of external suppliers, such as Google, the User should read their privacy policy, available from the providers of these services.

TECHNOLOGIES

The Controller uses the following technologies to observe the actions taken by the User within the Website:

Built-in Google Analytics code – to analyse Website statistics. Google Analytics uses its own cookies to analyse the activities and behaviour of the Website Users. These files are used to store information, e.g. from which website the User has found the current website. They help to improve the Site.
